Raised by Pennells of Lincoln and named in 1973. The 15-18cm (6-7in) wide flowers have a very pretty appearance, the bright pink tepals have a much deeper coloured central band. The tepals are overlapping and have slightly wavy edges with pinkish/light brown anthers. The later season's flowers are paler in colour.
